Kiat Keong has 30 years of experience in both professional practice as well as the commercial sector. He has been involved in the audits of numerous public listed groups operating in various industries and multi-national corporations in Malaysia. He was also involved in a few corporate listings and restructuring exercises. His experience encompasses areas such as review of forecasts and projections, financial due diligence and preparation of accountants’ report in connection with corporate restructuring, initial public offerings, merger & acquisition and reverse takeover in industries such as venture capital, manufacturing, property development, retail and distribution.
Kiat Keong gained valuable experience from the commercial sector in accounting, corporate finance & treasury, trade financing and systems re- engineering when he was working as Group Finance Manager in the commercial sector during the period from 1995 till 1999. With his mixed blend of experiences in both professional practice and the commercial sector, Kiat Keong has a good grasp of the business issues faced by various industries and is able to recommend appropriate solutions from a professional’s perspective.
