We are deliberately scaled: broad enough to handle complex group assignments, narrow enough that the partner who quotes you is the one who calls you. That's not a marketing line; it is the operating model the firm was built around, and the reason our clients stay.

Most of our growth comes from referrals: past clients bringing us into their next venture, and trusted contacts recommending us to their peers. The relationships compound, and so does the work.

We are independent, and we intend to stay that way.
