An IPO changes what is expected of a business long before listing day. We prepare founder-led groups for the greater expectations of public markets: Bursa Malaysia, Nasdaq and beyond.
We work alongside clients pursuing US listings via the Form F-1 / DRS pathway, with interim review and assurance under PCAOB AS 4105.
Selected listing experience
- PCAOB registration. WS & CO PLT has been registered with the US PCAOB since 7 May 2024 (firm ID 7170).
- US listings. Auditor of record for two companies whose F-1 registration statements have been filed with the US SEC, as shown in the PCAOB's public auditor search (Form AP). Further US listings are in preparation.
- Bursa Malaysia. Supported two companies on their Bursa Malaysia listing exercises: a review of one company's conversion from MPERS to MFRS, and accounting support for the other.
- Partner experience. In 2019, while at Crowe Malaysia, Kiat Keong (engagement partner) and Wen Kai (engagement manager) worked together on the IPO of SDS Group Berhad on Bursa Malaysia.
