TP Biz delivers outsourced accounting and tax advisory services to Malaysian SMEs, with a fifteen-year track record under the tagline "We make accounting work for you". Their practice covers full-function accounting and tax advisory, SST registration and advisory (including export drawback), payroll setup and administration, e-Invoice implementation, business start-up advisory, and the deployment of cloud-based accounting tools, together with hands-on training to help in-house teams operate the systems themselves.

AAP International Members Alliance

WS & CO PLT and WS Advisory Sdn. Bhd. are Pioneer Member Firms of the AAP International Members Alliance, a Singapore-founded alliance of independent professional firms. Its members, many of them former Big 4 partners and senior practitioners, advise on tax, transfer pricing, audit, M&A and legal matters across Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Thailand.

When a client's plans reach beyond Malaysia, such as setting up in Singapore, a cross-border acquisition, or a tax question in another jurisdiction, the alliance lets us bring in an experienced local practitioner quickly while we stay close to the work.

AAP is an association of independent firms. Membership does not create a network as defined in the MIA By-Laws and the IESBA Code: member firms do not share ownership, management, quality management systems or professional resources, and each is responsible only for its own work. WS Group does not own or control any other member, and is not owned or controlled by any of them.
