He has over 14 years of diversified experience providing profession in Malaysia, serving local firm and international accounting firm. His wide ranges of depth experiences during employment include external and internal audit, tax and business advisory. Fortune 500 companies and multi-national corporations, representing a cross section of major industries.
Tan is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), an approved Auditor under the Malaysian Companies Act 2016, registered Auditor with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF), an affiliate member of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia, a licensed Chartered Tax Practitioner and a licensed Tax Agent under Section 153 of the Income Tax Act 1967. Currently, he remains as an Associate Member of Chartered Secretaries Malaysia (MAICSA) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He also serves as a HRDF Certified Trainer and a qualified Asean CPA.
