He was also involved in a few corporate listings and restructuring exercises. His experience encompasses areas such as review of forecasts and projections, financial due diligence and preparation of accountants\u2019 report in connection with corporate restructuring, initial public offerings, merger &amp; acquisition and reverse takeover in industries such as venture capital, manufacturing, property development, retail and distribution.<\/p>\n<p>Kiat Keong gained valuable experience from the commercial sector in accounting, corporate finance &amp; treasury, trade financing and systems re- engineering when he was working as Group Finance Manager in the commercial sector during the period from 1995 till 1999.
